We operate a robust manufacturing process that adheres to BAMA Guidelines and HSE Legislation. Our production facilities are regularly audited and monitored for quality, efficiency and safety. We offer a flexible approach from high volume aerosol production to very specific requirements. This results in a reliable manufacturing solution to meet our customer’s diverse needs.
Our materials management is driven by our MRP (Material Requirements Planning) & Operations Planning Manager and team supported by specialist software. This ensures our success in the effective management of products and our manufacturing process. Currently we manufacture in excess of 60 million aerosol products for private label and contract customers.
All our employees are trained to carry out a full range of operational tasks and they are supported by a team of engineers who possess extensive expertise in aerosol manufacture. We control our costs, wastage and invest in sustainability.
