Change is the only constant at Barony. Every customer has different product requirements and these product requirements vary. As a result each project is assigned to a dedicated Product Manager.

Each Product Manager leads cross-functional teams that demand collaboration inside and outside the Company, disciplined project management and the need to be in touch with customers and other external stakeholders.

Our Product Managers regularly track market activity and consumer trends in terms of new concepts, packaging and design. This analysis is utilised to deliver insights for future development. Each project is closely monitored by our critical path procedure with regular project meetings. This allows us to identify key tasks to ensure the project runs efficiently and is completed on-time.
