These are truly exciting times for Barony and Sanmex as together we are now the largest independent aerosol manufacturer in the UK, with huge specialist expertise in contract fill and own-label products. The merger unlocks much greater potential for both sides of the business enabling us to pursue and service much larger customers and offer more to existing customers through increased innovation and responsiveness.
Both companies will continue to trade under their existing names for the foreseeable future to ensure that we build on their excellent reputation in our sector. The new company will be led by Steven Groden, the current Chief Executive of Sanmex.
